After the supplier being setup, the vendor can purchase product from the supplier. The “Purchase” page is made very user friendly and barcode scanner compatible. The user will add products one by one to the invoice providing the products retail rate, purchase cost and wholesale rate. If the product has serials on it then the user will scan the serials and the product quantity will be assigned automatically. There can be different arrangement of serials for a product supply so the purchase system is made such strong and flexible that it can catch all kind of serial arrangements. Finally, when the purchase is done, the product supply goes to the stock or inventory and the purchased amount goes to supplier’s account hitting supplier’s balance. The purchase invoice can be edited multiple times and edit history with detailed tracking information will be provided also.
